Abstract

Universal things of the Holy Prophet of Islam has a characteristic that it leads in every aspects of life. Similarly it has explicit rules and regulations for our financial life. It reflects for deep consideration in Islamic teachings that Prophet of Islam had truthfulness, trust, honesty, moral values and dealing with the people affectionately, strictness in mutual dealing, to adopt soft behaviors in trading were directed by the holy prophet. In this connection he prohibited for telling a lie, deceit, impurity and dishonesty. Holy Prophet prohibited the trading of those things which were injurious for human health. This is why under the control of Islamic system of government it is refraining to sale out alcohol, pig, carrion. It is emplacing seems from the teaching of Holy Prophet, the observance of time and circumstances. On the basis of this we can examine the futuristic issues of trading and solve them in the light of Islamic teachings. For example Prophet (S.A.W) has prohibited to sale out the thing which you have not possessed. However he has permitted “Bay Salam” because it was customary in those days. In the light of these principles jurists of Islam have gave the solution of modern issues. Likewise of Bay Salam, Bay Istisna, Trading of fruits before their appearances, Bay-ul-wafa, Bay-e-taatie, Bay-e Istijrar.
