Abstract

This research paper, “Individual and Collective Moral Training: A Research Study in the Light of Prophetic Teachings and Modern Psychology," is a comprehensive and dynamic analysis. Its purpose is to highlight the complete and natural model of human psychological training in the light of the blessed life of the Beloved Prophet , which he presented fourteen hundred years ago. The value of this model remains relevant even in the light of modern scientific and psychological principles. This paper presents the Prophetic Seerah not only as a religious and moral system but also as a comprehensive psychological training system. It covers all aspects from individual personality development to collective social harmony. This research clarifies how the Beloved Prophet provided psychological stability through values such as mental peace, emotional balance, patience, forgiveness, empathy, spiritual connection, and purpose in life. The study also shows that the Prophetic training understands both conscious and subconscious needs, and offers a natural and effective solution to psychological issues like inferiority complex, anxiety, mental stress, fear, and crisis. In this article, psychological training principles such as Empathy, Resilience, Trauma Therapy, and Spiritual Anchoring are presented in the context of the Seerah of the Prophet , and their contemporary importance has been examined in the light of scientific research.
